About Us
Founded in 2011, the China Innovation and Development Research Institute (CID) is a think-tank consulting and research organization co-founded by experts and professionals from many countries and regions around the world.
In 2023, CID established the Green Intelligent Building Development Center (CID-GIC), which is dedicated to the research and development of fully prefabricated, highly integrated, and full life-cycle-managed "Modular Integrated Construction" (MIC) products and technologies. CID-GIC's mission is to provide a comprehensive solution for the whole industry chain and full-life-cycle development of modernization in the construction industry. The business scope includes: strategy and policy research and consulting; technology planning and R&D, industry chain construction and resource integration; marketing, sales and implementation of MIC products; and whole-process consulting applicable to the needs of MIC projects. It focuses on the international market, especially promotion and cooperation with countries and regions along the "Belt and Road".
