Graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management. During his time at the university, he worked as a student research assistant and did a lot of data analysis on non-road mobile machinery in Hong Kong and the corresponding government policies.

She holds a PhD in Urban Design and Environmental Management from the University of Hong Kong and has been engaged in urban planning, innovation research and intellectual property work for more than 20 years.
